Terms of service
Terms
Placeholder
This is the launch placeholder for the Atomic Booking terms of service. Final wording will be reviewed by Bird & Bird (or equivalent) before Photon goes live.
The deal
You pay us a subscription fee. We provide a booking platform that works, hosted in Frankfurt, with the features advertised on our pricing page. We don't oversell, we don't add hidden costs, and we don't change the deal mid-stream for existing customers.
What you can do
Use Atomic Booking for any lawful purpose. Take bookings from your customers. Charge them through our payment integrations. Use the API to build whatever you need. Our AGPL-licensed source code is yours to read, fork, and self-host (under a different name).
What you can't do
Resell our service as-is. Use it to send spam, run scams, or anything that would attract regulator attention. Reverse-engineer security features. Use the Atomic Booking trademark in derivative work.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from the customer portal. Photon and Electron: prorated refund for the unused portion of the current period if cancelling within 30 days of payment. Quantum: 14-day full refund window. After that, no refund — that's the deal with lifetime pricing.
Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. If we miss it, we issue service credits per the SLA on our trust page (live at launch).
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation go to the Court of Session in Edinburgh.
