Who we are

Atomic Booking is operated by Atomic Engine Ltd, a company registered in Scotland. Our registered office and ICO registration number will be published before launch. We are the data controller for personal data processed through atomicbooking.io.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, password hash
• Booking data: events, times, attendees, your customers' contact details
• Payment data: handled by Mollie and GoCardless — we never store full card numbers or bank details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, request logs (retained 30 days, then deleted)

Where it lives

All customer data is stored on Hetzner Cloud servers in Frankfurt (primary) and Helsinki (backup). Data does not leave the European Union. See /trust for full subprocessor list.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Email privacy@atomicbooking.io and we will respond within 30 days, usually faster.

Cookies and tracking

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personal data. You will not see a cookie banner because we do not need consent for what we collect.
